This Protection Plan is administered by SCNA • This Protection Plan is not a cleaning or maintenance contract, insurance policy, or Your original manufacturer’s warranty. This Plan covers Your covered furniture for certain mechanical and structural breakdowns and accidental damage from normal household use, as listed in the “WHAT IS COVERED” section. • This Protection Plan is only valid for new furniture purchased at the same time as this Protection Plan, and appears on the sales ticket (sales receipt) as such. It is valid for a period of five (5) years (“the Term”) beginning on the delivery date of Your new furniture. • SCNA liability under this agreement is limited to the retail price You paid for Your covered furniture. • If a covered event occurs during the Term of this Protection Plan, SCNA agrees to provide Service (“Service”) as outlined in the “SERVICE PROCEDURES” section of this Protection Plan. • This Protection Plan includes this document as well as Your sales ticket (sales receipt). You must provide a sales ticket (sales receipt) for Your covered furniture and a copy of this Protection Plan to receive service.

While we designed the Hunter Mattress to have a solid core support with a nice touch of softness on top for comfort, we would categorize the mattress as a medium-firm. Certain independent reviews for comparison on mattress firmness rate the Hunter Mattress a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most firm.
The Hunter Mattress was engineered using multiple layers of cooling, contouring, and comforting memory foam to increase the pressure relieving properties that help you sleep better and recover faster. We also go beyond traditional foams and use graphite-gel infused foams and our own responsive transition foam to keep you cool and aligned. We also use clinically-proven Celliant® Sleep Technology in the mattress cover. We worked with experts around the world to design a mattress that is universally comfortable, sleeps cool, helps you recover faster and increases your energy.
No, the mattress is great from the start! It will probably take you some time to adjust to the feel so we ask you to sleep on the Hunter Mattress for at least 30 nights before you decide to keep or return it.
The Hunter Mattresses uses foams that have little to no smell. If anything, it would be very slight when you first unpack the mattress, like a new pair of sneakers, and then will dissipate within a couple days.
Our bed is designed to lay on any hard, flat surface. We highly recommend the Hunter Foundation paired with a bed frame. Other options include a platform bed, adjustable base, or the floor. We don't recommend using a traditional coil box spring, because it does not provide an evenly distributed surface area for foam-based mattresses.
